Knox-Addley provides receiving and inspection of art, antiques, and home furnishings in a clean, secure, and controlled environment. Every item is opened, inspected, and documented with a detailed condition report forwarded electronically. Photos are available on request. Assistance with freight damage insurance claims is available, supported by comprehensive reports and photographic documentation. All items are logged, tagged, and assigned a designated location in open-rack storage. The facility offers convenient access to I-75, I-85, I-20, and I-285.
Delivery Services
Knox-Addley offers white-glove residential delivery for furniture retailers, manufacturers, interior designers, and private clients. Deliveries are performed with minimal disruption, with all items carefully blanket-wrapped and handled by experienced full-time employees. Appointments are scheduled and honored to accommodate client requirements, ensuring a professional and seamless delivery experience.
Installation Services
Specialists provide installation and assembly of furniture, accessories, art, and decorative items to client specifications. All personnel are trained to read and follow placement blueprints. Services include removal, relocation, or disposal of items from project sites, as well as re-entry of returning items into inventory for future use. Packing & Crating
Knox-Addley offers professional packing solutions for artworks, mirrors, furniture, and accessories, available both on-site and within the warehouse. The custom crating workshop is equipped to design and build secure, tailor-made crates to meet the most demanding specifications, ensuring maximum protection for valuable items.
Shipping & Logistics
Through a network of specialized white-glove carriers, Knox-Addley coordinates reliable transportation services nationwide and worldwide. International shipping support is available, including assistance with insurance and customs documentation, ensuring items arrive safely, on schedule, and in original condition.
